3. How to use SIMO?
·How to start

Open SIMO app

Click [Connect] button in the middle of the screen, then you will be connected to the internet. If there is only one SIM card in your device, then SIMO will automatically occupy the rest slot for vSIM service. If both slots have been inserted by physical SIM card, SIMO will prompt you to select one slot to occupy, when you attempt to activate vSIM service. During this time, you will not be able to call/sms/surf with the SIM of the selected slot.

·How to get Free Data

Every SIMO new user will be given 100MB Global Free Data for trial. These 100MB Free Data allows you to use the Internet without any limitation.
At SIMO, you can find lots of interesting and juicy promotion events. By attending these events, you can win Free Data or coupons. Pay more attention on our banners to get the latest info about our promotion.

·How to purchase Plan/DayPass

Currently, we provide 4 set of Data Plan for choice, 100MB, 200MB, 500MB, 1GB. You can also try our DayPass, which allows user to enjoy infinite Internet for 1 day. We support 2 ways of payment, PayPal and credit card. More payment methods are coming.

·How to apply

Once purchased, you can apply Data Plan/DayPass at once, or you can check your purchase at Personal Centre/Valid Plans/All for use. Before apply, make sure you are under the coverage of SIMO service.

·How to use Plan/DayPass

Only one Data Plan can be applied at one time, unless your Plan/DayPass does not support your current location. When this happens, your Plan/DayPass will remain available at the covered regions until it expires. Once your Plan/DayPass expires, you can apply a purchased Plan/DayPass under Personal Centre/Valid Plans/All, or you will be given 30 minutes, which merely allows you to purchase additional Plan/DayPass in Plan Store.
However, please be attention that, DayPass will come into force and cannot stop once applied, no matter use or not.

·How to check Plans/DayPass

Once you applied certain Plan/DayPass, you can check the using details at Personal Centre/Awarded or Personal Centre/Purchased. Unused Plan/DayPass will not be displayed here.

·How to open Personal Centre

Right-sliding the screen and then you can open the Personal Centre.

4. Expectional cases:
·What to do if the network speed is slow?

This situation may caused by lots of reasons. Commonly, SIMO will select the best network operator according to your location. Try to keep youself stay at the place where the network signal is good.

·What to do if your cannot apply your Plan/DayPass?

Please make sure that yuor current location is under SIMO service's coverage. If so, please contact with our online customer service for help.

·What to do if SIMO is inactive?

In this case, there is nothing you can do but only to restart SIMO.

·What to do if SIMO shows "server is busy now"?

If you receive push sent by SIMO that "server is busy now", please retry later.

·What to do if SIMO shows "something went wrong"?

If you receive push sent by SIMO that "something went wrong", please reboot SIMO and your device, then try to connect again. If it dosen't work, we suggeste you to contact with our online customer service.

·What to do if SIMO shows "service is shut down"?

If you receive push sent by SIMO that "service is shut down", please contact with our online customer service for help.

·What to do if SIMO shows "location is out of coverage"?

If you receive push sent by SIMO that "location is out of coverage", please connect to wifi or insert your SIM card.

·What to do if SIMO shows "we have problems verifying your account"?

If you receive push sent by SIMO that "we have problems verifying your account", please contact with our online customer service for help.

·What to do if SIMO shows "network timeout"?

If you receive push sent by SIMO that "network timeout", you can wait for response or manually reconnect.

·What to do if SIMO shows "bad signal"?

If you receive push sent by SIMO that "bad signal", you can continue using current operator or manually reconnect later.

Also, you are welcomed to send email (cs.simo@skyroam.com) for sharing any of your problems with us.However, please note that: refund request should be submitted in 3 months after your purchase, otherwise, it will not be processed.
